I wanted to book with KULULA and clicked in the window on the first line for KULULA. It looked like the official site but haven’t traveled with KULULA for a long time and my thought was they have outsourced the booking. How wrong, senior moment. I got the eDreams website and booked. The end result was going from Lanseria to CT and on the way back to OR Tambo. Time pressure, with banners popping up “Only 10 Min. left”. Cancelling guarantee, everything at extra cost. The final amount for a return flight Lanseria – CT and back for 1 Adult and 1 toddler, 3 years old. Final cost ZAR 4600.-. including an R 550.- cancellation Guarantee. After cancellation, the refund from eDreams, ZAR 2712.- Lesson learned and paid the price, final amount with KULULA ZAR 3880.94 including seat reservations.

My advice, do not use eDreams. In my eyes, it is a racket!
