eDreams Car Hire redirect from Kayak

I ordered a car then cancelled it. Their website said to cancel on their websire. There was no place to cancel.I took a screenshot and sent it to them. I then drove to 1st Car Rental and cancelled there as well. I sent several emails to eDreams but they said said they cannot refund as I did not cancel. So they did not pass the money to 1st Car Rental nor refund me. They just kept it. BEWARE OF BOOKING VIA KAYAK SITE WHICH REDIRECTS TO eDreams car hire. ********
