eDreams -bad very bad service

Booked a flight with no frills, very basic, and now I am been debited with an amount of R229 for Prime which I never opted for or asked for. This is so wrong and will go on for the remaining of this year. There are so many complaints on Hellopeter, is it not possible for us to take this up on a higher level as imagine how much extra money they are coining from us. They ignore my emails as well. Will never ever do business with them again.
