Edreams are *****sters

I booked a flight from Durban to Capetown on 11th February 2025.I clicked on the advertised price which was cheaper than other booking companies.I was directed to pay via my bank details which I did.on the 8th of March I was debited for an amount of R195.00 which they say is a subscription fee monthly going forward.i did mention to them that I did not subscribe to anything and that I did not furnish them with my bank details or give them permission to debit my account.I did not also give them a debit date so how and when they decided to debit me monthly amazed me.Please do not book flights with them as this will happen to you as well without your consent.As I previously said I was not asked or prompted on the website while booking about any subscription.this is definitely ***** and they did inform me that they cannot refund me this money or offer me any royalties from Edreams to compensate me
