eDREAMS ARE ********

In 2019 we booked flights with Egypt Air via eDreams. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic our flights were cancelled. We contacted Egypt Air only to learn that Egypt Air issued eDreams with a full refund for the FULL value of our air tickets. e-Dreams instead of sending us the vouchers from Egypt Air tried to rebook our flights for a date not suitable to us. We have been trying to contact e-Dreams without success. It is disgusting to learn that e-Dreams are attempting to rebook our flights for a cheaper date, We are unable to make contact with them because the phone rings and rings for more than 40 minutes without anyone answering. All we want is for e-Dreams to send us our vouchers so that we can rebook our flights to a date that is suitable to us. I now see why eDreams is the top online travel agency - they take people's hard earned money without a worry or care about how word one worked or whether or not the enjoyment of a holiday is affected.
