eDreams are ****mers and i believe are *****sters.

My customer whom i have been trying really hard to help get this resolved bought air tickets from these guys and paid extra on cancel any time guarentee so that if there were issues they would get entirely refunded. The airlines canceleld 2 of the tickets so my customer wanted the entire thing cancelled and refunded. Theres guys started saying they were doing full refunds and they never fully refunded the money. they started using all sorts of loop holes to get around paying and said they have paid what they had to and my customer has now lost over R9500 because of these guys.. Be very careful using eDreams and cancel your subscriptions. Even with the 80% (fees for cancelling etc) refund they claim to have paid out is not the full 80%
