eDreams are big ********

********! eDreams! I booked a flight through eDreams for today from Johannesburg to Cape Town for 8am. They have deducted from my account but the flight status still says to be confirmed. The status has been in process from the day I booked until now 15 minutes before my scheduled flight departure time. There are no contact details. I paid R1,800 for my flight and their app says I can’t cancel online.
