EDreams are a NIGHTMARE

This is the worst ever business if if it is even worth calling it that. These are low lives, day ******s, **** of the earth. I can't even get hold of anyone to get my money back. They confirmed a booking for my family only to get to the airport to find there is no booking. Now I can't get hold of anyone and their app doesn't work. So basically they have done a runner with my money. They shouldn't be allowed to operate in South Africa
