eDreams and Ethiopian Airlines

Shocking service from eDreams and Ethiopian Airlines !!! I booked with edreams from Jeddah to Cape Town, with Ethiopian Airlines, in December 2020, Ethiopian Airlines cancelled the flights, I was stuck in Jeddah the whole of December - I requested a Refund from edreams they in turn told me to contact EA, they are sitting with my money, EA are saying because I booked with edreams I need to get my money from edreams, I have sent numerous emails... called numerous times, THEY ALL JUST PASS THE BUCK!!! edreams online shows my status as "PROCESSING" !!! FOR 4 MONTHS ????
