Do not book here. I booked through eDreams. Received a mail - Flight confirmed. 20 min later, they sent an email stating the flight is canceled. Called my bank, funds are out. I call the airliner, they confirm the flight was canceled and if eDream reinstates the flight with airliner, penalties will apply. U can not get in contact with eDreams AT ALL! EVERYTHING IS ROBOTIC. The airliner says they have reported the problem with this agency booking and canceling flights often and without reason. South Africans do not book with them. There is absolutely no customer support. Your only change of retrieving your money back is by contacting your bank and asking them to put in a statement of dispute, so you can get your money back.

Book with them and prepare to fight! And fight with a robot at that!
