eDreams a Nightmare

When I booked an airline ticket through eDreams, I was automatically signed up for their Prime package for a whole year and they subtracted R229.00 every month plus an international payment fee from my credit card. The only way to cancel was to call. They cancelled after a long fight, but refused to refund any amount.
