Edreams

I booked a flight through edreams it was a flight from Johannesburg to Durban on Flysafair when I got to lanseria airport ready to check in I was told the flight was not on the system and I should pay to rebook a flight as the Flysafair system was down and edreams where told not to make any booking yet still made the booking and took my money and can not get through to edreams to fix the problem
