The airline canceled my flights and I am eligible for a refund but only if I cancel through the ‘travel agent’ I bought the tickets from, which is eDreams!!! Biggest mistake ever!!! Cannot get hold of them at all, on any type of platform. I’ve spent so much money calling them and holding for up to two hours at a time before being cut off. My flight is in a few hours and the airline says I need to cancel my flight before otherwise they see it as a ‘no show’ and I cannot get a refund. But how am I supposed to cancel it if I cannot get hold of eDreams?! Anyone with any advice?
