eDreams

My experience with eDreams has been dreadful. I booked a flight from JHB to London. I was overcharged for this flight. Despite numerous emails back and forth, they are stalling or just plain ignoring the situation. My flight is with Virgin Airlines and they keep telling me they are waiting for Virgin Airlines to respond. I booked and paid via edreams, why am I waiting for an answer and a decision from Virgin Airlines? Be wary when booking through eDreams
