eDream never booked my SAA flight

I booked and paid for a flight from Durban to Joburg on eDreams web page but never received an eticket. I called SAA to confirm if my ticket was booked by eDreams to which they said the booking was not on their system, only reflected as "cancelled". I tried calling their call centre several times to get assistance but there was no response, I emailed and wrote to them on Facebook and Twitter and still no response. I want my money back. Sick and tired of the likes of eDreams that *****s people's hard earned money
