Don’t ever use this company to purchase airline tickets. They are basically *******. They “guarantee” a flexi ticket, but you have to change your ticket 24 hours before your initial flight. Surely it should be for each leg of the flight? My son had to fly back earlier than the return date (which we could not foresee before his initial flight), so we therefore have “lost” our return flight or have to pay the cost of a whole new ticket to change it. And, no refund for cancellation. Just rediculous!
