E-nightmare

I made a booking on e-dreams and had to change my flight. I specifically chose the FLEXI-flight so that I would not have to pay an exorbitant amount if I had to change my flight. I ended up having to change my flight and they cancelled it and asked for me to pay the WHOLE amount for the new flights, I have not been refunded at all (almost R5000) and they got the change to my flight WRONG! I had to contact the airline directly as e-dreams has no contact details and I had to pay a FURTHER penalty fee. My suggestion is not to book through agencies and to book your flights directly through the airlines.
