E-dreans was paid but they did not book my flight

On the 2nd of Jan 2023 I made a fight booking through eDreams and paid R12,626-00 for flight 5Z759 on the 8th of Jan 2023 from George to Johannesburg for myself Yolande Van Der Merwe and my son Gerthardus George Van Der Merwe.

We arrived early at the airport and wanted to confirm the booking but was told that the we could get a boarding pass only 2 hours before departure. We had to wait all day at the airport. There were no other flights available.

At 17:30 we checked in and we were informed that our names did not appear on the flight list!!!!!!!!!

I was furious and I nearly fainted as I had a lot of appointments on the 9th. I requested a refund on your app but was requested to cancel the flight which I did. The app swings in circels. It is not user friendly at all. You sit and talk to a robot with pre questions and answers.

Chemair closed their office early the evening. We tried to get onther flight but everything was fully booked.

We ordered an Uber, paid R150-00 and booked in at the George Country Lodged and paid R1020-00. The next morning we paid another Uber to the airport an amount of R150-00. We were able to book another flight for the next day but through SAFAIR and paid R7,178-00 to go back to Johannesburg

I had to tell my boss that I will only arrive home the next morning. He was very upset with me.

E-Dreams please confirm that you will reimburse my full amount as I had to go through a shock and pay extra costs due to your incompetance to inform me that we were not booked on a flight as per your correspondence and app information.
