E dreams useless

This agency is useless and not helpfull. I booked a ticked with my dads name and the airline needed it to be his full name. The agency didnt want me to change the name to the full name. I then had to buy a new ticked, but then when i wanted to cancel my refundable ticket, i got told that i will not get a refund.
