e Dreams - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have read the reviews of other people and their experience with eDreams and I would absolutely not recommend anyone to use their services. They are actually total ****mers and I don't know how they get away with it. It is virtually impossible to cancel with them unless you get a new card, so it seems to me or if your bank allows you to prevent the deduction. This is how I understand it. Trying to call them is useless. The are actually using false advertising by saying you wait 120 seconds!! If anyone has found a way to cancel please let me know. Thank you. I actually want to report them to the European board of customer service complaints. They are based in Spain. There are 3 emails for them but you are only allowing me to enter 1 email address.
