e Dreams is bad news

I have tried since March to contact these people without any joy. I paid for a ticket to Seoul and am not allowed to travel due to Covid_19. I worked through Trustpilot who referred me to a website. When I tried to go onto the website it says that the website is for sale. I am not happy about using the money I paid for the ticket.
