I am absolutely disgusted by the pathetic excuse of a company you claim to be. You’ve been shamelessly *****ing R195 from me for a so-called “Prime membership” that I never agreed to, after I already cancelled it and received confirmation via email. What kind of **** are you running where you charge customers for a service they explicitly opted out of? It’s either pure incompetence or intentional theft — and judging by your shady tactics, I’m leaning hard toward the latter. Sort your mess out, refund every cent you stole, and stop treating your customers like they’re too stupid to notice your slimy billing tricks. I wish I could give this business a 0/5 rating rather than a one. do not fall for their tricks. Avoid this business and do not fall for their low prices !
