Dreadful website, don't believe a word

What a load of crock, so the website promises lowest price guarantee! That is not true! Phone their customer care line to see what I needed to do to get the lowest price. You have to pay their price an then submit photos of the lower price. Sounds easy, no, "they" the review board, who you cannot get hold of, then say you are lying, that the flights are different, you need to submit a payment for the lower price, then they reject your claim, saying that you didn't comply, when you ask for clarification, you don't get a response, customer service say submit a complaint. But that is a dead end. You submit more pictures, taken a day later, they say it's not the same flight, so they will not pay. So you are €400 out of pocket, cause you use your membership with them, that you never wanted, but have resigned yourself to. If you were not a member you would have just paid for the cheaper flight, not believing that they would honour their claim that they guarantee the best price!!! Total con and dreadful website
