Don’t use! WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst company ever!! I have been trying to cancel my booking for the last 2 weeks which has proved impossible. The online system for booking management is nonexistent, there is NO email address, messenger gives you computer responses and you feel you are finally getting somewhere, only to be told in the end that you have to phone, or the English human is not available. Do not use this company!
