DON'T BOOK WITH EDREAMS

We booked a flight to Johannesburg 27th April 2021 @ 5:45 through E Dreams Payment came off my bank account and confirmation of the tickets were sent via email and sms We get to the airport and they don't have our tickets in their system We get sent to Flysafair and they told us their system was offline so our bookings were not confirmed by them and there is nothing they can do We argued and showed them proof but they refused to do anything about it They said all flights for today are fully booked yet the amount of people that were sent to Flysafair was the capacity of an entire areoplane They told the people to book another flight We left because we could but there are people stranded with no flight home and no money
