Do Not Use them!!!

I am appalled.... I bought my ticket on the Friday and the Sunday I had to cancel it due to my son needing surgery.. I wasn't able to get a refund and I haven't seen my family in 13 years, I am so heartbroken and disappointed. They have no Sympathy and I wasn't given a chance to even move my trip.
