DO NOT USE THE AGENCY FOR ANY TRAVEL PURPOSES. WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!!!!

This is the WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!!! WHATEVER THE REASON DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!? We have been trying to cancel and refund our tickets to China because of the Coronavirus. They simple have a different story everytime you phone their call centre ***). They can't seem to simply cancel our ticket and don't even ask about the refund... We spoke to the supervisor Sinku multiple times where se gave us FALSE information for example, telling us our tickets has been canceled. I then phone Singapore Airlines (which has been great and very informative about our situation) and they tell me our tickets has not been canceled!?? I mean how do you explain that. So their OWN supervisor does not even know what is going on. I also had a few agents being rude and cutting the line when I am talking to them. This has truely been the worst experience ever and I wish they could stop misleading passengers and close down for good! I will not recommend this agency to ANYONE!!! THEY ARE *********** AND DON'T CARE AT ALL!!! Please follow my advise and STAY AWAY!!!!
