DO NOT USE eDREAMS WEBSITE FOR FLIGHT BOOKINGS

I lost the price of an entire ticket booked to Durban as I made a spelling mistake and it was their policy for no changes to names and no refunds! They then cancelled the entire families reservations instead of one person, saying I said so! I would have lost R5000 if Kululu hadn't got involved and made sure to listen to the recorded phone call!! DO NOT USE THEM.. the fact they are based in India and not South Africa, is even more fishy!!
