DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM eDreams!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by eDreams. They have charged me R195 and says it will go on every month for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for. Despite my repeated attempts to address this issue with their customer service team, I have received no satisfactory response. They have refused to cancel the subscription and have also denied my requests for a refund.

This kind of ********* practice is unacceptable, and it feels like they are exploiting their customers and running a ****. As a consumer, I should have the right to cancel a subscription I do not want and receive a refund for charges that were made without my consent. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly check any terms and conditions before engaging with this service.

Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied and will not be recommending eDreams and i do not recommend it to anyone. what is worse is they claim their support line is Free but your airtime will be finished for holding for more than 30 minutes its disgusting!!!
