DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS

Dreadful company. I booked a return flight with them to Kenya. My return flights were all cancelled due to Airport strikes in Nairobi , I have spent hours trying to request a refund with no success....customer services are all Bots/Ai who cannot assist. Phone calls just never gets answered. or get cut off!! And there is no email address to lodge a request in writing
