Do not book with edreams. *******

Do not book with edreams. It states on their site than one can cancel worh in 24 hours for refund. This is not true. You will not get a refund. We booked a ticket with them with Taag from Cape Town to Lisbon return. Within 6 hours we realized we had filled in our old passport number so quickly we cancelled. We then bought a new ticket and filled in the new passport number. BIG MISTAKE. NUMEROUS emails and phone calls to eventually be told no refund. I called Taag. They said they received no payment from them for the booking which was cancelled. SO THEY *****ING THE MONEY. My point is. They STATE YOU CAN CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR A REFUND. BUT THEN THEY COME UP WITH A LOAD OF BULL****. I have seen so many complaints from people in regards same. edreams booking reference ***
