DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EDREAMS - they are **** artists.

What a nightmare!!! I booked via their Website after saving for two years to go to Thailand. When the ticket was issued - it was issued under MR and not Mrs. Note their website does not give you the option to choose your designation. I contacted the airline who informed me they could not help and I needed to work through eDreams BECAUSE the airline will not allowed me to board if it's in the incorrect designation. It's been a month of back and fourth and promises to contact me in 48 to 72 hours with an update. I eventually get an email telling me to deal with the airline direct. The airline tell me they can't help me I must deal through eDreams. Today I finally received a new ticket from the Airline after a lot of back and fourth again. Only an hour later eDreams UK call me to tell me I must pay a further R20 849 rand in order for them to ACTUALLY issue the ticket. Turns out - they cancelled the new ticket because they want their pound of flesh. So I can't for obvious reasons pay the extra funds - so that means I can't go on my holiday and if I am understanding this correctly I lose the original funds paid for the original ticket. What a lovely **** they have going. Dreams my A** - pure theft. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!
