Dishonest, ********** company, STAY AWAY!

This company hugely ********** and dishonest. They do not honor any insurance you take on your flights.

I am trying to cancel a flight(London - Stockholm return) on which I took "Cancel at Anytime" cover. We decided we did not want to go anymore so I tried to cancel. eDreams now claims they do not need to pay refunds because of "corona virus". Neither countries are closed and the reason for cancelling is not corona related.

This is absolute ***** and we will be reporting them.
