Dishonest & **********

I reserved 2 air tickets online fully noting 2 of their clauses; best rate guarantee as well as the fact you can cancel your flight same day. The amount I saw & agreed to however was not the amount deducted off my credit card. I took an actual screen shot of the amount at the time which was E566 per person however I was charged E892. Further more, the price online when I checked again a few hours later was still E566 and many other websites were offering similar pricing but my card had been deducted far more especially as we are 2 pax. I was on hold for more than 40 minutes on an International call whose call centre sits in India. I searched everywhere for an email address online but nothing. Eventually got hold of the call centre the following day who said they couldn't help me, I needed to send a complaint online so in essence there is actually no possibility of even cancelling your flight same day as they promise nor do they have any intention of honouring the real rate!! I am still waiting for a response one week later. This is ***** in my opinion!!! Ref ********** 455
