DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM eDREAMS

eDreams is a ****. I bought two tickets from Harare to Johannesburg and had to change the original departure date from Harare and was charged R630 for each ticket. The payment was processed online by an agent who deducted double R1260 for each of the tickets. It has been a nightmare to get my refund of R630 x 2 as I am told one thing after another.

It is a ****. What a disgusting service. I will never recommend them to anyone, let alone use them again.
