Cheap flights with eDreams a DISASTER

I booked 2 tickets online with eDreams from Adelaide via Perth to South Africa. I booked the ticket on my sister in laws call name and not on the name in her Passport. From 03/04/2019 myself and brother communicated via e -mail and telephonically with the call center of eDreams. We spend more than 6 hours combined on the phone with promises to get back to us within 24 Hrs and on another call 72 Hrs. I mailed them a copy of the passport on there requested per mail on 03/04/2019 and that was the last. My follow up e-mail was not even responded to. My brother was told 3 days ago the changes can be made at a cost of 460 Aussie dollars plus 15% of the ticket price. I received a mail front eDreams yesterday after another 30 min holding session on the phone confirming they should go The the reservation desk and then the changes will be made. My brother has to purchase another ticket for 3150 Aussie dollars just now or leave his wife or do not come.

My mother is 83 years old and my daughter is getting married next Saturday so we booked the tickets for them to come over and see my mother for a last time.

eDreams are the worst and most dishonest travel company I have ever dealt with. The lies upon lies upon lies is unacceptable.

If we where told no changes on the spelling of the name can be done we had to accept. Until this morning RSA time we where believed the change was possible as per eDreams communications per mail and telephonically.

Do NOT use eDreams ever for any of there many offerings
