CHEAP FLIGHTS BY EDREAMS....MISLEADING the CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

I purchased an air ticket from this website. The quote said R1,760.00 for the cheapest flight. I selected this flight from Cape Town to Lanseria. When I entered my debit card details to pay for the flight I received a charge for R5,217.00 upon which I pressed the back page button as this was not the flight price that I was quoted. I again entered my debit card details and then the amount reflected was for R1,760.00. I authorised the payment as this was for the correct quote. Then came the SHOCK!!!!! I was charged R3,457.00 by eDreams AND R1,780.00 by LIFT (the airline). At no point in time was the additional charge by eDreams apparent NOR did I agree to it. I tried calling them but could only reach an automated system and I could speak to a human consultant! This is misleading and I want a refund with ZERO cancellation charges from eDreams and LIFT. However, I cannot get hold of an e-mail address for eDreams nor can I get hold of a HUMAN consultant to cancel this supposed cheap flight that is CLEARLY misleading the customer.
