Charged a seat for a 1 year 6 months infant

I had booked return flights through edream and I was charged for me and I was charged a normal price for a 1 year 6 months baby who had to sit on my lap while being charged for his seat. I tried contacting lift flights but they told to contact the agency which has no contact details on the website.
