changing a flight

<p>i have been trying to contact these agents for two weeks been ringing them up tried there international contacts in the states, UAE, south africa canada ect and all of them i was put on hold for more than an hour as im situated in kuwait and its hard to get hold of them as you been put on hold. emails are not very helpfull as the take 2-3 days to reply. My flight is up and comming in the next week and still can not get hold of them the service provided is pathetic all the numbers i dialled not one of them was i able to speak to a consultant. terrible!!!!! if there is anyway i could get hold of them please do call me on + ********** 5112 thanx</p>
