Cant get my Refund from EDreams or Turkish Airlines.

I booked a flight with eDreams from South Africa to The UK using Turkish Airlines .... Then because of Covid the flight kept on being cancelled so i requested a refund on the 17th of October 2020 and was told that it would take 10 - 90 days to get my refund as apparently the airline take long to pay. Now i have been told it will take up to six months to refund me. This is not acceptable ..... I will never use e-dreams or Turkish Airlines ever again and i am sure i am not the only one ..... So disappointed !!!!!
