Cancelled booking

I has a booking I paid for the whole processes gos a confirmation sms but my flight wasn’t reflecting on the app nor on safari and I didn’t get a email spoke to a consultant to tell me that my booking was rejected but the money left my account went to FNB for them to say no it was approved made another booking on the actual safari app go back to eDreams to ask for a refund for the guy to tell me but booking was made I am frustrated told my booking was cancelled and I should go make another booking only for them to have my booking and not be informed I’m also being told that a refund can’t be given
