Brazil holiday 2020

I made a booking (both flights and hotel) with edreams in Feb'20 to travel in Sep'20, airline and hotel reservations were cancelled due to lock down and sue date (Aug'21), money still not refunded. i tried to call edreams on numerous occasions, only the robot takes me from one link to another. DO NOT USE EDREAMS, ******** AND NO CONTACTS TO REACH OR ENQUIRE.
