Beware of Hidden Subscription Charges - Unauthorized Debits from eDreams.co.za

I booked a flight from Gqeberha to Cape Town on 22 November 2025 for travel on 26 November 2025. The initial booking process seemed straightforward, and my credit card payment went through without issues. However, I've since discovered that eDreams has been debiting monthly subscription fees from my account WITHOUT my knowledge or clear consent. I never knowingly signed up for any subscription service, and I was never informed about what benefits this subscription supposedly provides. This is completely unacceptable business practice. Customers should not be enrolled in recurring payment schemes without explicit, transparent consent. I had no idea I was subscribing to anything - I simply wanted to book a flight.
