Beware of eDreams – Unauthorized Debits

Do not use the eDreams website. I reserved a price for a flight ticket for two days at R20, only to discover that they began deducting a R195 subscription fee from my bank card. I never subscribed to any service, nor did I authorize these debits.

They are impossible to contact through any channel, and even after attempting to unsubscribe multiple times, the deductions continued. In the end, I had to cancel my bank cards to stop them.

This company’s practices are unacceptable, and I would not even give them one star.
