Beware of eDreams

My wife happened to be looking back through her banking app, and realised eDreams was taking R195-00 per month out of her bank. When she phoned them she was told she had signed up to eDreams Prime last year in June when she booked a flight to Durban. This company is very sly and my wife was unaware she had agreed to a monthly fee. They refuse to give any refund. People need to be wary of this company. They seem to be borderline dishonest
