Bad Service from edreams

Very bad service received from edreams, I'm typing on behalf of my uncle, he bought a flight ticket from edreams for his daughter and accidentally purchased it on his own name instead of his Daughters name.. When you phone edreams to just change the name no one can assist, can't cancel and re- purchase, ticket is not refundable.. So there is no way they can assist.. Bad service ever hope this complaint goes viral before someone else falls into the same trap. And this complaint will be shared all over social media platforms.
