bad service edreams

it has been over 3 months that i have been waiting for a refund from e dreams, i was first rudely told i need to wait the full 90 days to receive my refund. i waited over 90 days and guess what no refund at all. i contacted the help center and was told to wait and additional 2 to 3 more days as the airline (LAM) has not released the refund. waited for 3 days only to be told i need to wait for 72hours as they will be putting in a comment
