Bad service

On 28/01/2019 I purchased an air ticket to travel to Zim for a funeral online with them as an agent for Rwanda Airlines and I paid R3621.86 full amount using my credit card online . They confirmed the booking but they never processed any ticket and they never sent any reference or any confirmations. I ended up loosing another day for my departure and I ended up buying an expensive ticket. I have got all proof of purchase and screenshots of all this and I have tried contacting them but all is in vein since I am always getting response from auto reply from machines .
