Bad edreams service

I inadvertently booked a flysafair flight to BFN as it came up first and at a lower rate. They automatically placed me on PRIME. I did not realise this and have two R195 deductions made. I can't stop them via any email to e(bad)dreams. Phoned a CT number, arrived in India call centre but was cut off. Phone didn't work again. Require more airtime to continue. AVOID THEM !! Don't get caught up with this Barcelona company, British run
