Avoid Booking online with EDREAMS

AVOID BOOKING via EDREAMS on line... YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY. After 20 days of trying to connect and resolve our complaint or request we realize EDREAMS it is a NO NO for any traveller. Losing R 30 000 without no backup and a NO REPLY from a so called reputable online travel company, lead us to the conclude that EDRAEMS is nothing else as a ****. During booking a so called standard option are offered for which a person pay extra, to in theory enable you to change flight without costs We made a reservation from Johannesburg to Sao Paulo with various connecting's flights on 5 Feb. With South African Airways (SAA) announcing their termination of this route we attempted since Feb 6 th to alter bookings or request a refund with no success. Even SAA flight centers says that the travel agent need to apply for the refund . We have been using TWITTER, FACEBOOK, numerous EDREAMS call centres and even sending details per email as suggested with NO RESPONSE. Booking Ref numbers *** are applicable. So how in this world do we get the refund when neither the canceling SAA airline refuses to refund directly nor a EDREAMS agency that simply ignore our mails and request.
